Altar Guild
The Altar Guild ministry is designed to render with dedication, in loving attention to detail, all Holy Housework needed for worship at Shiloh Community Missionary Baptist Church, with an intention of creating a sacred environment of trust, peace, hope, charity, & love for the greater glory of God.
Caring & Sharing
The Caring & Sharing Ministry is designed to meet the needs of those who are new to the church and/or have come to the church seeking assistance in getting to know God better.
Nurses Ministry
The Nurses Ministry is designed to provide a caring presence, an ear for listening, medical assistance, and spiritual support to worshipers while acting as a secondary support to the Pastor in various abilities during regular and special services.

Usher Ministry
Usher Board II President - Cindra Slaughter
The Usher Board of SCMBC is organized under one umbrella so that they can be a helpful ministry to the people as they help the sick and comfort the troubled and distressed. They are “The Gatekeepers” to our branch of Zion!

Dorcas Missionary Ministry
The Dorcas Missionary Ministry aims to carry out the great commandment and great commission of Jesus Christ, our Lord, as referenced in Matthew 25:34-40. As a ministry, the Dorcas Missionaries are striving to answer God’s call for Christian service to complete His purpose for our lives.

Brotherhood Ministry - Man2Man
The Brotherhood Ministry strives to attract and engage all men towards advancing in spiritual growth and leadership in the home, church, and community, while also being of service to the church’s upkeep inside and out.
Announcements
The Announcement Ministry serves the Lord for His own gratification, not personal agendas, as we go before the church and read various church announcements, cards, & etc.

Security & Safety Ministry
To recognize that the days are evil and to show the love of God by sacrificing time and using talents to provide a safe, peaceful worship atmosphere for members of the bride of Christ worshiping at Shiloh Community Missionary Baptist Church.

Worship & Fine Arts Department
Including Mass Choir, Men’s Ensemble, Praise Team, Celestial Voices Choir, Children of Praise, Dance Team, Mime P.O.W.E.R. Group, Band, and All Production Personnel.

The members of the various branches of the Music Ministry help to make and heighten an environment where the hearts and minds of those in worship will be prepared to receive the Word through song. Ministry members must be prepared to sing during worship services, funerals, special occasions, and at other churches if the Pastor is called to be a guest preacher.

Dance Team
The purpose of the Dance Team is to express praise through the art of dance and worship of God.

S.C.M.B.C. Mime P.O.W.E.R. Ministry
This ministry aims to edify belief through glorifying God by the power of the Holy Spirit, using gospel music, illustrations, and non-verbal communication. The P.O.W.E.R. in the Mime Ministry comes from the concept of Praise, Outreach, Worship, Enthusiasm, and Revive, which is what each Mime Ministry member strives to do.

Production/IT Department
The Media Ministry provides products and services to help market the church,
in a way that draws people to God and the church. Responsibilities in this ministry include audio/video, live camera feeds, PowerPoint, photography, graphics, and social networking.
​
The ministry also helps in managing and guaranteeing an informative church web site
and providing content for the church’s various social networking sites.
EQUIP
Christian Board of Education with Director Mabel Morton
The purpose of the Christian Education Ministry of the church is to equip the people of God for the work of the ministry in making disciples, who will make other disciples. Matthew 28:19-20.

Sunday School-Superintendent with Kim Wilson
Sunday School Ministry aims to reach the adults and youth who attend S.C.M.B.C. through the written word of God using the Holy Bible as a structural foundation. Classes start at Kindergarten level and continue through Adult level.

Women’s Bible Study with Instructor Lois Worthy
Women’s Bible Study provides women with an opportunity to fellowship with other women in the congregation while deepening your intimate relationship with God through study of the Scripture and prayer.
OUTREACH
Food & Clothing Ministry with Program Coordinator Phyllis Forston
The Food Ministry & Clothing Ministry offers prayer and provides a hot meal and clothing to the homeless two days a week, Tuesday & Thursday, to those in need.

Transportation Ministry with Donnie Lee
The Transportation Ministry provides an opportunity for worshipers, predominantly those worshipers with no vehicle access, to attend our church services on a consistent basis.
